Available for purchase here is one set of our universal pickup rings that come in two thicknesses. The neck position, has a height of 1/4" and the bridge position has a height of 1/2".  We include a strip of 1/4" compression foam mounting tape to allow additional height adjustments for both pickups. These pickups accept a wide variety of pickups (such as the Seymour Duncan, Dimarzio, Eastwood and Gibson/Epiphone shown in the second photo).  The Gibson/Epiphone example in the lower left corner would have to have the height adjustment tabs removed for it to fit into the pickup ring. This can be done by bending the metal until it breaks. Please note, once this adaptation is made to pickups it often cannot be reversed.

This product was designed to accept the greatest number of pickps from various manufacturers, but does not fit all pickups. It has clearance heights needed for surface mounted guitars such as vintage Supros, Airlines, Nationals - and of course our Res-O-Glas Guitar Bodies.

Pickups are screwed directly into our pickup rings via the outermost pole pieces (located below the two E strings when mounted - we include the four 1" replacement pole pieces for this style mounting).  Our rings accept two common size pole piece spreads 2.015" and 1.925".  The opening of the ring measures 1-10/16" by 2-12/16". Be sure to check all pole spacings and measurements on your pickups before you order. The pickups are machined in a white plastic that will require some additional sanding / buffing before optimal finish is obtained.
